Please note that our candles and jesmonite are handmade and it will vary in
color and appearance.
We have a 14-day return policy. Your candle must be in the same condition, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Exchange for Damage Product
We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would like to exchange your candle, please contact us via our contact Information.
Damaged Product
Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances , our products can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling if dropped during transit. Please email us at houseofsodesign@gmail.com. We are more than happy to help you to return the damaged product for a replacement of candle or jesmonite.
The Processing
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
